    We match your marks and goals to universities and cities, and explain the differences in plain language.

  3. We apply for you

    We help you prepare every document, complete the forms and submit your applications. You stay informed at each step.

  4. Acceptance letter, then our fee

    When a university accepts you, you receive your acceptance letter. Only then is our fee payable. The amount is shared on enquiry.

  5. Visa support

    We guide you through the visa process until you are ready to travel, so you know what to prepare and when.

  6. We fetch you in Moscow

    Fly to Moscow. We meet you when you arrive and take you on to your designated university.

  7. We help you settle in

    We keep helping with documentation after you arrive, until you are settled.

Which language will I study in?

Studies are offered in English, French and Russian. Which one is available depends on the course and the university. Tell us your preferred language and we will tell you what is open to you.

What do I need to study medicine?

At least 50% in your matric Mathematics, Physical Sciences and English, plus an admission to a Bachelor’s degree. Requirements for other courses depend on the course and are shared when you enquire.

What does VuzGuide charge, and when do I pay?

Our fee is shared on enquiry. You only pay it once you hold your acceptance letter from the university. University tuition and living costs depend on the course and city, and we give you the figures for your shortlist.

Can I apply for a Master’s or PhD?

Yes. We help students who want to continue after a first degree. The requirements depend on the programme and are shared on enquiry.

I am not South African. Can I still apply?

Yes. We work mostly with South African students, but we welcome students from any country.

Are you part of any university?

No. VuzGuide is independent. We are not owned by, or an official representative of, any university. Each university makes its own admission decisions.

When should I start?

Most programmes begin in September, and applications take time. Message us as early as you can and we will check what is still open.
